To be honest I had a difficult time with all the installation and set up but I did get it done. I had a ton of questions though and used the chat feature to get help. Mike Hoover was very patient and answered all my questions nicely. It was nice that each time I needed help, it was the same guy. I can’t really rate the app fully as I just got it today but I wanted to commend Mike for his excellent customer support

I called Wintego spy's customer service number that I found on Google and within a few minutes I was connected to Michael Frost. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He kindly answered all my questions and offered me helpful hints I was unaware of. I feel very comfortable purchasing this software knowing that assistance is just a phone call away.
